The Brook Kindergarten provides a nurturing, supportive, caring environment that caters to children’s individual needs. The teachers focus on structuring children’s physical development by organising regular visits from specialised physical activity providers plus Gymnasium visits
We support, value and extend early literacy and numeracy skills; providing a rich and varied learning environment, including dramatic, social play, rhymes, action songs, visiting Story Grans and small group work. We liaise with local schools and provide a transition to school group for children approaching school age, focusing on developing and consolidating the children’s learning. Our family liaison group enthusiastically supports the teaching team.
