About Us
 Nayland Kindergarten is enriched by children, families, whanau and the wider community, where learning is a shared and enjoyable experience.
Children are supported to become competent and confident learners and communicators in a stimulating environment. Children and teachers are encouraged to use the many communication technologies to enhance learning such as computers, digital cameras, digital microscopes, photocopiers, and laminators.
We believe in the importance of successful transition to school and actively work with all schools to ensure this occurs. We have a unique community of schools with connecting boundaries; Nayland Primary and College, and Broadgreen Intermediate. This gives Nayland Kindergarten the opportunity to share resources, facilities and teacher expertise, which fosters a strong sense of community.

FEES
Parents who do not attest their 20 hours ECE to the kindergarten, pay a fee of $3.84 per enrolled hour.
FAMILY CONTRIBUTIONS
All parents are asked for a Family Contribution of 30c per enrolled hour to cover additional costs not covered by the Ministry of Education funding. Parents can claim this as a donation for tax purposes.
